DESCRIPTION OF PURÉ:

Puree of fluid thick consistency, of flavor and aroma predominant to Habanero pepper, result of the grinding of the fruit RED, ORANGE, GREEN and the addition of iodized salt, acetic acid, sodium benzoate, sulfite.

Physical Characteristics:

Color: Red, Orange and Natural Green Characteristic.
Aroma / Flavor: Characteristic of habanero pepper, with notes of acetic acid.
Granulometry: 90% through sieve with perforations of 3/32 inches.

STORAGE:

Store in a cool and dry place, in its hermetically sealed primary packaging.

LIFE OF ANAQUEL:

The product has a microbiological stability of 24 months from the date of production. The mash darkens with the passage of time, mainly perceived on the surface, so it is recommended to homogenize before use.

EXPIRATION:

The product once opened must be refrigerated and has a shelf life of one year.
To maintain the natural color of the puree for longer, it is advisable to keep the product in refrigeration.
